The business is a tuning file desk first, with local ECU remapping added for customers who want the full job handled on the car. That matters because the same standards apply whether the work is flashed in the workshop or delivered as a file.

The process is simple enough to audit. The vehicle details are checked, the original read is archived, the requested route is agreed and the modified file is prepared for the actual engine and hardware in front of us. Performance tuning, economy tuning, dyno work and diesel-system solutions are kept separate because they solve different problems.

That approach is slower than selling every enquiry the same map, but it protects the customer and the vehicle. The promise is not that every engine should be tuned. The promise is that the work will be explained, documented and reversible before anyone is asked to trust the file.
